Monthly membership points are valid for the current billing period. Separately purchased points are valid for 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, or 2 years depending on the pack, and any unused points expire automatically.

Digital content is not eligible for no-questions-asked refunds once activated. If you were charged twice or hit a system error, contact support and we'll verify and resolve it.

If a generation fails or the task is cancelled by the system, the points are automatically returned to your Points wallet, usually within a few minutes.

Points expiring soon are used first, then membership points for the current billing period, and finally long-term purchased points.

Upgrade to a higher membership tier for a larger monthly allowance, or buy extra packs via "Top up points". Members get the add-on price.

Creator membership is for individuals. Team edition is billed per seat, points go into a shared points pool, and it includes seat management, a usage dashboard, and collaborative canvases.

Within 7 days of your first membership purchase, if you haven't made substantial use, you can contact support to request a plan change. Subject to verification.
